  1. The battery system is electrically connected, the main control      CECU and the sub-control LECU, effectively divide the battery into several      protection units to achieve monitoring and protection at the battery      module level and the battery system level.

  2. The battery pack is designed in groups. According to the energy      and voltage parameters required by the vehicle, the batteries of different      shapes, sizes, material systems or brands are designed in series and      parallel to form modules, and the batteries are arranged according to the      layout requirements of the vehicle. The modules form one or more battery      packs.

  3.  Cell-level safety      design, using reliable insulating materials for insulation protection      between cells, cell connection and collection wiring harness arrangement      after strict safety and reliability verification, and data collection of      cells through the battery management system with security protection.

  4. Module-level safety design, insulating and protecting the six      sides of the module, and installing a safety protection cover on the pole      cylinder surface of the module to prevent battery short-circuit and      leakage in extreme cases.

  5. The battery system-level safety design adopts the principle of      six-point positioning. The internal module of the battery is fixed at the      front and rear, left and right, and up and down, and the six surfaces are      fixed at the limit to realize the complete fixation of the battery module.

  6. High-voltage circuit electrical safety design, the battery      system is equipped with high-voltage relays to ensure that the battery      pack is in a high-voltage disconnected state when it stops working; each      high-voltage circuit is equipped with fuses to prevent battery pack      failures caused by short circuits and overcurrent abnormalities.

  7. The material selection and procurement of all parts and      components have reached the flame retardant level required by the national      standard.

  8. Thermal management design, carry out reliable thermal      management design and verification for the battery system, so as to meet      the normal working requirements of the battery. The thermal management      design of the battery system can complete various forms such as air      cooling, water cooling, and heating plate heating, and can be designed      according to the needs of the vehicle.

  9. IP grade design, battery pack design meets IP67.

  10. Protective design, the bottom of the battery box is coated with      armor, which can resist external damage and make the battery pack safer.

  11.  Strictly follow the      national standard GB/T18384 and other relevant standards for design      verification to ensure product safety, reliability, and meet customer      needs.
